Who designs your jewellery?
Our jewellery is designed by our designers and by designers we are working with and empowering worldwide. They are all inspired by the power meaning of words and their ability to influence and motivate us. We want to create jewellery that will carry your prayers and serve as a powerful tool to make them come true.
What metals do you use in your jewelry?
We use a wide range of metals. The base metal for our plated jewellery can consist of tin, zinc or brass alloy and then plated with 925 silver or gold. Our jewellery is nickel-free and cadmium-free. In My Prayer Box collection the jewelry is made of superior grade aerospace aluminium which is then dyed or plated with 925 silver or gold. We also use gold-filled and full 925 silver in our jewels. WearMyPrayer jewels are all about the extra meaning that is given to a jewel that makes it meaningful for life. Some of our jewels hold your personal prayer inside, others come with a meaningful message and in addition you can always add a personalized gift card message to all our jewels.
What jewellery carry a prayer and how do I place my prayer inside?
The Prayer Box and You are the Jewel collections as well as other selected jewellery. All jewellery that carry a prayer have our prayer inside icon. You can also find specific details on the product page.
When adding such product to the shopping cart you will have the option to insert your personal prayer inside. You type in your prayer. We then print it on unique non-tear paper like material and place carefully inside before shipping.
What meaningful message does WearMyPrayer jewelry come with?All our products come with a meaningful card that carries your jewel with an inspiring meaningful message. Message varies by collection, jewel, occasion or prayer.

Where do I insert my personalized message?
During the checkout process in your cart you will have the option to add your personal message to the gift packaging.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All our jewels come in our signature gift wrapping that include:
1. A meaningful message on the packaging

3. A personalized gift message that you can add during the shopping process.
4. All receipts will be sent to your email address so that if you are sending our jewels as a gift, it will not carry the price tag.
I entered the wrong shipping address!
Contact Customer Service immediately and make sure you have your email receipt information, order reference number, and new shipping details in hand. If your order has not left our offices, we can try to make the appropriate shipping changes. If your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
How is my order shipped to me?
Our default shipping carrier is by registered mail. You can upgrade your shipping method for an expedited shipment.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes. Our packages are shipped via registered mail.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide for the same low cost. If your are placing your order to be sent to the Philippines, Russia, Greece, Malta, Mexico, Lithuania, Bosnia, Croatia, Estonia, Mexico, China, Brazil or Indonesia, Costa Rica, Greece, Crete, please use ONLY EMS express shipping with tracking, insurance and 6 day delivery. We will not send to these countries standard letter post, and if you choose standard letter post, we will upgrade the shipping service automatically for $22.00 US dollars.
How much is shipping?
We provide FREE shipping & handling for orders shipped to most countries. Shipping is fully insured, is made through registered mail and may take 14-18 business days to most destinations. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. This includes our manufacturing time. You always have the option to upgrade your shipping method for an expedite shipment
Can I rush my order?
Yes. We offer expedited shipping.
Deliveries outside the US
Choose ONLY EMS EXPRESS if you are having the package delivered to Italy, Spain, Russian, Slovenia, Lithuania, Greece, Croatia, Malta, Mexico, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia or any South American country. We will not replace any standard shipment to these countries.
How do I track my order?
You may track your order by going to your Account page and clicking Order Info. Tracking information will be available soon after your order is shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped twice a week and arrive in accordance to the schedule of your chosen delivery method. Please note that some jewellery are custom made and thus take longer to deliver. Please check the specific product’s page for more info.
I haven't received my jewellery yet. What do I do?
You can check on the status of your order by going to your account area at our website or the Order History tab under your Account Settings. If the answer is not there, please contact our email@example.com
WearMyPrayer is not responsible for packages detained in customs, or for any security reasons. Please note: WearMyPrayer will not refund any shipping costs due to postal delays, customs inspection, weather or any reason. How do I make an exchange or return my jewellery?
If you are unsatisfied with your meaningful jewellery for any reason, Please contact Customer Care and send the item you want to return to our office within 30 days of purchase and we'll gladly exchange it for a wearmyprayer credit or an item of your choice (if available). Items being returned must be unworn, unused, and include all original packaging.For more information please check our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you have created an account at WearMyPrayer.com, you may update your information at any time by logging into your account to review and update any personal information.
Wear My Prayer promotion codes may be redeemed during the order checkout process. To redeem a promo code, enter the code in the promotion code box during checkout. The promo code reduces your basket subtotal only, and does not apply toward Sales Tax or Shipping and Handling. A promo code can be only used once per customer, and cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to previous purchases.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept most credit cards worldwide. We do not accept pre-paid gift cards, personal checks, money orders.
I received the message that my credit card was declined.
If you get a message that your card was declined, please check the accuracy of your billing information. If you continue to face difficulty with the payment process, you have the option of using your credit card and paying through PayPal (You do not have to be a registered member of PayPal to use their services). What is a CVV2 number?
These are the last three digits that can be found on the back of your Visa or Mastercard. For you Amex holders, it's the four digits located on the front of the card. If you're not sure, or the numbers are faded from all that shopping, please contact your credit card company before placing your order.
I have a PayPal account but I cannot complete the payment.
Please click on the link below PayPal Help center. If for some reason you still cannot complete your payment using PayPal, please send us an e-mail with your order details and we will send you an e-mail with a PayPal-Payment-Request so that you may complete your payment.
My Order didn’t go through
If your order didn't go through the first time, please carefully read the error message. Please do not click "submit" more than once if you're uncertain if your order has been processed. Contact customer care and tell us what your errors message says and we will help figure out what has occurred during your order processing.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Please contact our Customer Care department immediately if you would like to change your order. If your order has already shipped, you may return it to us for a credit refund. (A restocking fee of 15% may apply.)

How to I care for the Prayer I wear?
Some of our Prayer Jewellery are uniquely created using special techniques that may render them more sensitive. Please read carefully and follow the care instructions specified below.
How to Keep your jewellery happy!
· Please read carefully the care instructions attached to the Prayer Jewellery you wear as we our jewels are made of different materials with different attributes. Check the relevant material in the information in this section to see the specific care instructions to your meaningful jewel.
· You Are the GEM lockets are made of unique GEM fabric. They should not be placed in contact with water or any other liquid.
· All lockets carrying your prayer inside should not be placed in contact with water. They contain your prayer on a special paper, and printing may fade and disappear when it comes in contact with water or liquids
· Protect all jewellery from scratches, sharp blows, chemicals, extreme temperatures, and sunlight
· After each wearing, gently wipe each piece of jewellery clean of make-up and skin oils with a 100% cotton cloth.
· Store jewellery separately so it doesn't scratch other jewellery.
· Remove jewellery when doing household tasks such as gardening, cleaning, household repairs or other strenuous activities.
· Apply make-up and hair spray before putting on your jewellery. Make-up and hair spray contain chemicals that may affect your jewellery.
· Do not store jewellery next to heating vents, window stills, or in the car.
· Store jewellery away from the sunlight. The sun may fade some gemstones.
· Do not wear jewellery while at the sea, in a pool, hot tub, or bathing. The salt or chlorine in the water can damage various gemstones and metals including gold.
· Always store bead necklaces strung on silk or silicone flat because these stretches over time.
· Frequent cleaning is recommended to maintain the jewels true beauty. Salt water, chlorine in swimming pools, soap, perfumes, personal products and perspiration take their toll on all fine jewellery. Wipe your jewellery carefully with a soft cloth to keep it clean and enjoy!
How to keep WearMyPrayer Jewellery sparkling?
· Before using commercial silver/gold cleaners - read the label, and if in doubt, do not use a chemical cleaner. Some gemstones that cannot be placed in a commercial cleaners are: pearls, lapis lazuli, malachite, opals, coral and turquoise.
· Jewelry polishing cloth or sunshine - use lightly to restore luster. Do not press hard when polishing gold filled or plated jewelry or you will damage the surface.
Why is my sterling silver jewelry tarnishing? (changing color)
Sterling Silver changes color over time. This is called Tarnishing.Tarnishing is a normal process caused by oxidization and moisture from air and even sunshine. If your skin type is acidic, the tarnishing can occure very quickly. To return the shine to your silver jewelry, you can purchase any silver polish at your local store or supermakrket. If you store your sterling silver jewelry in open air, you expose it to air and humidity, which can both cause it to tarnish. To reduce tarnishing, we recommend you keep all of your sterling silver jewelry in an air-tight protective bag made from tarnish proof cloth or use a reseal able plastic bag. Pearls and opals, however, should be stored in fabric instead of plastic because they need to "BREATHE".
What is Gold Plated or Gold Dipped?
Gold Plated/Gold Dipped is a process that begins with a base metal, then your meaningful jewel is dipped in24k or 14kt gold. Over time, Gold Dipped/Gold Plated jewellery can potentially wear. Following care instructions will assure your continuous enjoyment from our meaningful jewlery.
What is Dark Silver or Oxidized Silver Jewellry?
Oxidization is the unique process where silver or gold is dipped in a liquid solution that darkens the color of the metal giving it a less "sparkly" finish. It gives off a vintage, antique feel.
How do I care for my Oxidized Jewelry?
· Do not use any tarnish-remover products
· Do not use jewelry brushes or polishing cloths
· Do not expose to hot water
· To clean: use a soft cloth, wipe your jewelry with mild soap and lukewarm water
Our waxed cotton is hand-woven and lightly waxed. It is NOT color fast and is NOT intended to get wet, as water makes it fade and age before its time. If kept dry, your waxed cotton jewelry will remain strong, beautiful and colorful.
Leather is not intended to get wet, as water makes it discolor and age before its time--- your leather will remain strong beautiful and colorful if kept clean and dry. Due to the natural properties of leather no two pieces will be alike. Grain and color variation may occur.
FabricSome of our uniquely designed Prayer Jewelry is made of different kinds of Fabric that come in their natural composition or have undergone some unique processing to receive the texture and feel that make them such special prayer jewels. These fabrics are not intended to get wet, as water or other liquids will severely damage or ruin your jewel. Due to the properties of the fabrics, no two pieces will be alike. Grain and color variation may occur.
